Question by Eric: Tell me, people: would you find the better-sleep cherry smoothie beneficial?
Blend 1 cup tart cherry juice, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup soy milk, 5 ice cubes, 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

This recipe “claims” that it will help you fall asleep faster, which is said to “stimulate” metabolism. What I want to know, though, is this: does this smoothie have its disadvantages, though?

Yes it has soy milk and I won’t touch that nasty stuff. That is a BIG disadvantage to me.
